Michael is an experienced lawyer within the Kain Lawyers property team.
Michael has acted for clients across numerous jurisdictions, working on matters in the industrial, agriculture, finance and commercial sectors.
Michael’s experience ranges from due diligence investigations, lease negotiation, land sale and purchase, document drafting and review and property aspects of debt finance transactions.
Recent experience includes advising on the property aspects of:
- ROC Partners’ acquisition of national egg producer, Pace Farm;
- Propel Funeral Partners’ acquisition of Olsen’s Farewells;
- Prabhash Nominees’ sale of Ananda Aged Care Facility – Hope Valley to Eldercare; and
- Inheritance Capital Asset Management’s acquisition and sale of numerous sites in New South Wales, Western Australia, and Victoria.
