Jack is a transactions lawyer specialising in private mergers and acquisitions, private equity raising and capital structuring.
Aided by his experience in tax, Jack has advised on deals across the agribusiness, health care, manufacturing, renewable energy and private security sectors.
Jack’s expertise and recent experience includes advising:
- Metal Powder Works Inc. on its reverse takeover of K-Tig Limited (ASX:KTG);
- Humanihut Pty Ltd on their contract with the Australian Government;
- Light Warrior on its strategic investment in Sydney-based wellness brand The Beauty Chef;
- a health care service provider on various bolt on acquisitions including managing due diligence processes, drafting and negotiating key transaction documents and managing completion matters;
- multiple agribusiness and private security clients on corporate structuring and restructuring;
- an Agribusiness client on obtaining informal merger clearance from the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, including drafting counterfactuals and submissions;
- a private wealth client on its strategic investment into an aircraft charter business; and
- a heath care technology client on a bolt-on acquisition of a videophone technology business.
