Amanda is a transactions lawyer working across private and public mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, and transaction disputes.
With a focus on bringing a commercial approach to transactions, Amanda’s aim is to provide practical advice to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Amanda has assisted with the following:
- buy-side and sell-side acquisition processes, drafting key transaction documents, completion processes and addressing post-completion matters;
- due diligence processes including drafting material contract reviews, corporate details reviews and finance-related issue summaries;
- preparing resolutions, applications and certificates required to implement equity raises;
- advising clients in relation to shareholder disputes; and
- advising on matters involving competition and consumer laws.
As a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Health and Medical Sciences double degree graduate from the University of Adelaide, Amanda has an insightful, extensive, and varied knowledge in a variety of disciplines.
In 2026, Amanda will further develop her dispute resolution experience as a Judge’s Associate at the Supreme Court of South Australia.
