- Jazwares, a Florida-headquartered subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK), on its acquisition of Big Balloon, a leading Australian full-service toy distributor;
- Symphony Infrastructure Partners on its $488 million Series-A financing round;
- Scanfil Group on its acquisition of SRX Global;
- Lighthouse Industries (a subsidiary of Symphony Infrastructure Partners) on its acquisition of RJE Global Pty Ltd, Catalpa Group, Energy3 Limited and Clutch;
- VendorPanel on its merger with Unimarket to provide industry leading source-to-pay solutions;
- The shareholders of Craig & Rhodes on their share shale to Colliers Engineering & Design; and
- Complexica on its acquisition of Wave Systems.
