With a focus on bringing a commercial approach to transactions, and a background in accounting, Gemma’s aim is to provide practical advice to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Gemma’s experience includes advising:
- SILK Laser Australia Limited on its acquisition by Australian Pharmaceutical Industries by way of a scheme of arrangement;
- Sportsmed SA on the sale of Sportsmed Hospital to Burnside Hospital; and
- Jon Gilbert on the sale of his 50% share of Australian Green Clean.
