  • leading global provider of alcohol monitoring and interlock systems, 1A Smart Start, LLC on its acquisition of Ajen Monitoring Systems;
  • the majority shareholder in Pureform Golf in respect of its divestment to Club Champion, a Levine Leichtman Capital Partners portfolio company;
  • Singaporean headquartered global pathology business in relation to the reorganisation of its Australian domiciled subsidiaries, the structuring and establishment of a separate Australian business, along with its eventual recapitalisation (including related Foreign Acquisitions and takeovers Act 1975 compliance requirements);
  • Point Advisory in relation to its acquisition by ERM, the worlds largest pure play sustainability advisory firm;
  • the founding shareholder in climate change and human rights advisory firm NDevr Environmental in relation to its merger with Anthesis Global, a Carlysle Group backed company;
  • National Windscreens, backed by Nash Capital, in relation to its acquisition of multiple targets across various Australian jurisdictions, implementing its ongoing national expansion strategy;
  • Australian based med tech company in relation to multiple capital raisings through the issuance of convertible notes and preference shares to support its development, scaling and commercialisation of cutting-edge technology, along with its ultimate divestment to a swiss based global company;
  • the founders of La Bella Life, a leading provider of home care package management and home care services, in relation to the divestment of their ownership interests;
  • Bartletts Environmental in relation to its acquisition by TDG Environmental, a waste management, treatment and industrial services business backed by Quadrant PE and Nash Capital;
