- Advising on corporate governance matters, including directors’ duties, notices of shareholders’ meetings, corporate restructures, and regulatory approvals.
- Drafting key commercial documentation such as confidentiality agreements, non-compete agreements, constitutions, information memorandums, and both Business and Share Sale Agreements.
- Undertaking property due diligence and advising on real estate considerations within corporate transactions.
- Acting on commercial, industrial, and high-volume retail leasing matters for both national landlords and tenants and negotiating leases with retail and hospitality tenants.
- Advising on off-the-plan developments for institutional property developers.
- Preparing real estate documentation for the sales of both residential and commercial properties.
- Advising employers on complex post-employment restraints for senior executives and employment-related aspects of M&A transactions.
