Jeremy’s recent experience includes advising:
- Mighty Good Pty Ltd, an entity established by one of Australia’s leading healthy snacks and beverage providers, on its acquisition of Wallaby Foods;
- Efex, one of Australia’s leading managed service providers, on a series of bolt on acquisitions;
- Shaw and Partners and Canaccord Genuity Australia, the joint lead managers and underwriters of a $105.9 million capital raise;
- Conscious Investments Management on their partnership with Greening Australia; and
- Adelaide Insurance Builders with their sale to KASE Building and Restoration Group, a portfolio company of Straight Bat Private Equity.
