Laura is an experienced mergers and acquisitions practitioner specialising in mid-market transactions. She has advised a diverse range of clients, including founders and owners, start-ups, multinational groups, privately held Australian companies, and listed public companies.
Laura brings extensive experience across industries including pharmaceuticals, health, childcare, civil construction, industrials and technology.

- CSA Group – acted for the founders of CSA, a provider of industrial waste management solutions, in its sale to Waste Services Group, a waste management broker and collections business backed by Livingbridge (2023)
- Liberate Learning – acted for the founders of Liberate, a provider of digital blended learning and training solutions, in its sale to MPS Limited (NSEI:MPSLTD), an Indian listed, global provider of platforms, content and learning solutions (2023)
- Bestech Australia – acted for the founder of Bestech, a manufacturer and supplier of industrial sensors, instrumentation and data acquisition systems, in its sale to Redwood North, a private equity firm (2023)
- Fraudwatch – acted for the founder of Fraudwatch International, a provider of digital brand protection services, in its sale to Netcraft a cybercrime detection and disruption platform (2022)
- World Manager – acted for the founder of World Manager, an employee training and development platform, in its sale to FranConnect, a provider of franchise management software solutions (2022)
- ROC Partners – acting for ROC Partners in its purchase of HeartWest, a provider of cardiology services (2023)
- Butler Freight – acting on its acquisition of MTAW Group (2023), the acquisition of CTC Port Group (2022), the Toll Holdings wharf warehousing and distribution division (2017) and others
