Ruby particularly specialises in providing tailored strategic advice within the broad-acre land development and generalist property development sectors. With years of professional experience and expertise in all aspects of real estate transactions, her experience includes facilitating many of the legal and commercial aspects of project planning and delivery across multiple jurisdictions, varied sized client groups and major projects.
Ruby’s recent experience includes:
- Preparing property due diligence for a variety of transactions including for large-scale agricultural properties, renewable energy farms and transactions involving transfers of leasehold interests;
- Advising on opportunistic land purchases across the eastern-seaboard particularly in Victoria, NSW and South East Queensland;
- Coordinating the sale process (on and off market) of various residential and mixed-use development sites in Victoria;
- Negotiating commercial leases with anchor tenants and minor tenants alike in metropolitan and regional areas;
- Advising on land and development opportunities for equity joint venturers as well as deal structuring and finance;
- Public infrastructure projects advice for landowners and developers; and
- Coordination of infrastructure delivery for broad-acre land developments.
