- Centuria Bass on various syndicated land acquisition and construction facilities across Australia;
- A privately owned agribusiness client on the sale of its business and assets;
- Buy-side for multiple private equity investment firms on the acquisition of Business’s through negotiation and preparation of sale agreements, due diligence and completion; and
- Advising multiple clients in the health service industry on corporate structuring and restructuring
