Sebastian is a transactions lawyer working across private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and debt capital markets.
With a focus on bringing a commercial approach to transactions, Sebastian aims to provide practical advice to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Sebastian has assisted with the following:
- buy-side and sell-side acquisition processes, drafting key transaction documents, completion processes and addressing post-completion matters;
- due diligence processes including drafting material contract reviews, corporate details reviews and finance related issue summaries;
- preparing the resolutions, applications and certificates required to implement equity raises; and
- drafting legal opinions, personal property security interest releases and conducting associated confirmatory searches.
Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Corporate Finance from the University of Adelaide. During his studies, he also spent time abroad at the University of Birmingham, giving him a broad and varied perspective on both legal and commercial issues.
