Advised 7Eleven, a US-based multinational retail convenience store chain, on its acquisition of Tipple, an Australian-based alcohol delivery company. Value undisclosed.

Advised ASX listed, ophthalmic laser technology company Ellex (ASX: ELX), on its capital raising  from US and Australian institutions. Deal value approximately A$23 million.

Advised T-Ports on its $45m private equity backed capital raise with ICAM.

Advised Alcidion (ASX:ALC), a healthcare technology SAAS business, on its acquisitions of: New Zealand–based Oncall Systems;  Australian-based MKM Health; and UK-based Patientrack, for $15m.

Advised Kelsian Group (formerly Sealink) (ASX: KLA) on its acquisition of Kingfisher Bay Resort Group. Kingfisher Bay Resort, based on Fraser Island, is a multi-award winning tourism destination and was one of Australia’s first ecotourism resorts. Deal value $43m.

Advised Value Partners as lead senior financier to a platform of commercial property developments. Value $200m.

Advised South Australia’s leading energy solution provider, Cool or Cosy on the acquisition of solar panel manufacturer Tindo Solar. Deal value undisclosed. 

Advised Prophecy International Holdings Limited (ASX: PRO) on the establishment and shareholder approval of the Prophecy Long Term Incentive Plan.

Advised travel and transport operations group Kelsian (formerly SeaLink) (ASX: KLS) on its acquisition of ferry operator and marine transport infrastructure company Transit Systems Marine. Prior to its acquisition by Kelsian, Transit Systems was the largest private ferry operation in Australia. Deal value $125m.

Advised the management team of Swisse Wellness on its buy-in arrangements into Swisse and on its subsequent share sale.
