The Federal Treasurer Josh Frydenberg has announced the appointment of Kain Lawyers Director James Burchnall as a member of the Takeovers Panel. The Panel is a peer review body of M&A specialists nationwide that regulates corporate control transactions in widely held Australian entities primarily through the resolution of takeover disputes. James is the head of our Public M&A and ECM team at Kain Lawyers and is recognised as a leading M&A and ECM lawyer.
