Kain Lawyers is proud to be advising RedEarth Energy Storage Ltd on its reverse takeover of Health and Plant Protein Group Limited, by way of an off-market takeover bid.
Health and Plant Protein Group Limited has now acquired more than 90% of RedEarth Energy Storage Ltd’s shares and has commenced the compulsory acquisition process to acquire the remaining RedEarth shares.
The transaction will strengthen RedEarth’s access to capital to support its growth and continued expansion.
