CIM financing partnership with the Kullilli people

Kain Lawyers is proud to have acted for Conscious Investment Management (CIM) on this innovative financing partnership with the Kullilli people, that is underpinned by carbon farming projects with Traditional Owner involvement. This unique structure has enabled the Kullilli Bulloo River Aboriginal Corporation to acquire Thargomindah Station, comprised of 47,100 hectares of their traditional lands.
