Kain Lawyers was thrilled to be a part of and sponsor The Adelaide University Law Students’​ Society (AULSS) Mergers & Acquisitions competition for another year. We would like to congratulate Emma Colovic and Lucas Michaels for winning this year’s Grand Final and well done to the runners-up Grace Jin and Bryan Lau for their amazing effort. This is a great competition to get exposure to what real life M&A looks like, giving participants the chance to advise on and negotiate a private M&A problem question prepared by Kain Lawyers.
