Humanihut contract with the Australian Government

Kain Lawyers is pleased to have advised HUMANIHUT PTY LTD on their contract with the Australian Government, (through the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA)) to deliver temporary emergency shelter camps across Australia. HUMANIHUT PTY LTD will supply, manage, maintain, and deploy six modular semi-rigid emergency shelter camps, which includes power, water and wastewater infrastructure to form a key component of the National Emergency Management Stockpile, with the first camp being delivered on 31 October 2023.
