The Kain Lawyers team advising ZEN Energy was led by Brian Vuong, with support from team members Stefan Harris and Rocco Ierace successfully completing the cross-border investment transaction.
Mr Vuong said he is proud of the team’s continued excellence in delivering customised solutions to unique transactions.
