Kain Lawyers advises January Capital on strategic investment from Scarcity Partners
Kain Lawyers is pleased to have advised Jan Cap Pte Ltd in connection with the recent investment by Scarcity Partners which has acquired 20 per cent in the January Capital business.
January Capital, based in Singapore, manages a $500 million portfolio including over 60 companies across two fund vintages, collectively valued at more than $12.5 billion. Specialising in early-stage technology investments across the Asia-Pacific region, the firm was founded in 2019.
