Kain Lawyers is pleased to have advised Mighty Good Pty Ltd on its acquisition of Wallaby Foods, the popular healthy snack brand distributed by Coles and Woolworths.
Mighty Good has been established by Didi Lo, James Wain, Stephanie Booth and Spring Street Equity Partners. The Wallaby Foods business, with products made from natural, vegan ingredients that are gluten and peanut-free, has plans to expand globally. The Kain Lawyers deal team was Sarah Chia, James Burchnall and Jeremy Harford.
