Kain Lawyers is proud to have advised the Australian restaurant technology platform EatClub on its latest significant funding round that will support its expansion into the UK market. The round was led by Melbourne-based venture capital firm Co:Act Capital, alongside other notable backers, reflecting strong momentum behind the company’s innovative approach to dining demand.
Launched in 2017, EatClub helps restaurants boost traffic during off-peak hours by enabling them to share limited, time-sensitive offers in real time, bringing diners through the door when it matters most.
The Kain Lawyers deal team advising EatClub was led by David Mitchell with assistance from Emily Stollznow.
